Descr In b/c: Coloniae effusae, velutinae, ochraceae. Hyphae vegetativae ramosae, septatae, hyalinae vel pallide brunneae, 1-3 (-5) µm crassae. Conidiophora ex hyphis immersis dense erecta, simplicia, septata, basin versus crassitunicata, per proliferationes sympodiales successivas elongata, in statu adulto part 1/2 - 2/3 superiore fertilia spiculataque, postremo 150-280 µm attingentia, basi ad 5-6 µm inflata, supra basin 2.2-3.5 µm crassa, parte fertili 2.2-2.8 µm crassa, brunnea sursum pallescentia. Conidia obovoidea, basi apiculata, continua, laevia vel inconspicue verruculosa, 4.2-7 x 2.5-3.5 µm, subhyalina, ochracea in massa. Agaro sucroso solanaceo: Coloniae plus minusve tarde crescentes, velutinae, atro-luteobrunneae.

Hyphae branched, septate, brown, 32.-4.8 µm borad. Conidiophores arising from repent hyphae, simple, unbranched, 1-3-septate, usually with a somewhat flattened and broader basal cell, thicker-walled and darker towards the base, fertile towards tha apex, the fertile region subhyaline and producing conidia all over, up to 130 µm long, 3-4 µm borad above, the basal cell being 4-7 µm broad, Conidia simple, subhyaline to pale brown in colour, 1-celled, sessile, non-catenate, somewhat elliptical to oval with a pointed base and with a basal scar, 4.8-6.4 x 2.4-3.2 µm. On dead stem.
