Descr In CMA: Ascocarpi dispersi, superficiales, obpyriformes, atri, 680-1000 ?m alti, 320- 560 ?m in diam. Asci cylindrici, apice annulo incrassato, stipite longe attenuato, 8-spori. Ascosporae ascis oblique uniseriatae, ellipsoideae, 30-38 x 20-25 ?m, episporio olivaceo-atro dense dispersis foveis, quae aspectu apicali circularia aspectu laterali obconica.
