 Remarks:Gnomoniopsis smithogilvyi was first validly published online on June 4th 2012 (Shuttleworth et al. 2012; Shuttleworth et al. 2015), hence the legitimate name of the fungal species is G. castaneae (published online on May 21st 2012), which has priority over G. smithogilvyi (Tamietti 2016, Gonthier et al. 2016).
