A new version of the MycoBank software has been installed.

New software :

• Mycobank was migrated from its original version to BioloMICS software to allow for more felxibility and remote curatorship
• Pairwise sequence alignments against fungal curated reference databases
• Polyphasic identifications will become possible from withinMycobank
• The whole user interface was changed and we've tried to make it easier

New database :

• Mycobank was migrated to a new database system allowing us to be prepared for next generation sequencing and large datasets that will be coming soon.
